Upgrading your Android Data capture to Eziops

Get Started

Get started by checking your email. You will have received an email from REFSS team (support@iglink.com.au)  with details of your device name(s) and organisation key.  You will need these details on hand when installing the new Eziops App on either Apple or Android devices see below;

After upgrading If you are experiencing any issues with the Eziops App follow these steps

Do you have your own Gmail Account?
If you are not sure if you are using your own Gmail account or Icons Gmail account please watch the video below to see how you can find out.

​Alternatively on the Home Page of your devices  type 'refss' into the google search box, then click on the first link that comes up to goto the REFSS website. Browse to this page on your device and click here to access Eziops in the Play Store.

 

If you already have your own Gmail Account (determine this by watching video above) - On your Android device(s) look on the desktop for the 'Play Store' symbol (coloured triangle above) then click on it.  Once the Play Store opens  search for 'Eziops' in the top search bar.  Click on the Eziops App  and choose  'install'.   See the video below to see how this is done.

 

If you do not have your own Gmail account linked to your android device (determine this by watching the video at the top of this page) - then you will need to follow the procedure in the video below to create your own  Gmail account then download and install the eziops App.

After upgrading If you are experiencing any issues with the Eziops App follow these steps
