Understanding the Data on your Dashboard

Your Dashboard Home Page gives you a quick snapshot of your current tasks and performance across one or many sites.

Reminders Status

Your Reminders Status is directly linked to your Tasks 

  • Green - indicates tasks that are active
  • Yellow - indicates tasks that are approaching deadline
  • Red - indicates tasks that are overdue.

For more information on the colour grading applied to your tasks, clicking on the "i" (as shown in image above).

 

Self Assessment (optional)

This shows a percentage of your score on self assessments. If you are answering "Yes" to questions in Self Assessment, your percentage will increase on the home page.

Colour grading is applied based on your percentage. This is available to view by clicking on the "i".

For more information on your percentage, including percentage by risk system, click on the underlined number.

Implementation (optional)

As with self assessment, this shows a percentage of all risk systems implemented. As you complete the tasks, your implementation percentage will increase.

Training (optional)

Your training dashboard provides a snapshot on the status of your staff's training or accreditation.

  • Scheduled - training has been scheduled for a future date
  • Schedule past due - training has not been completed by the scheduled date
  • Training Status - green is a future date, amber is an approaching date and red is overdue. For further detail click on the "i" for a pop up window.

Log Sheet Activity

This portion of your dashboard providing a snapshot of when scheduled Data Capture Forms (log sheets) were submitted, according to time intervals set by individual dashboard users (see article: Data Capture Scheduler)

  • On Time (green) - form submitted within the correct time interval
  • Late (amber) - the submission was made after the scheduled time interval, either prior to the next scheduled submission or before midnight of that day
  • Not Submitted (red) - no valid submission was made for that day
  • Invalid (grey) - there are two invalid cases: 1) a submission was made before the first scheduled time and 2) more than one submission was made within the time interval. Any submissions after the first are deemed invalid.

To access more information, all submissions recorded can be viewed by clicking on the underlined number or by accessing Data Capture Forms in the left navigation.

NOTE! It is important to note that data shown in this portion of the dashboard is for a rolling 7 day period.
