Your Dashboard Home Page gives you a quick snapshot of your current tasks and performance across one or many sites.
This article will give you a quick overview of the various elements you will find on your Dashboard.
Log in to Dashboard
You can log in to Dashboard from either of 2 ways:
- Through the setup wizard: https://setup.refss.com.au
> Once logged in, click the "Dashboard Reporting" link at the bottom of the left menu
- Directly into the dashboard: https://dashboard1.refss.com.au
No matter where you are within your Dashboard, clicking "Home" will take you back to your Snapshot overview.
Site Drop Down
The drop down list allows you to filter your Dashboard by one or all sites.
Multi Site Operators will see all stores associated with their account, Store Managers will only see their own site.
If you require access to more than one site and you are not the account holder, please contact us. NOTE: your stores are linked based on a person's username and password, it is important that you have these details when you contact us.
Data Capture Scheduler
The Data Capture Scheduler allows you to set specific time intervals for the submission of individual log sheets.
These times are then used to mark log sheets as either On Time, Late, Not Submitted or Invalid on your Dashboard.
You can also set up notifications for log sheets approaching or past deadline.
