Setting Up Your Device

Completing a Log Sheet
Access the App "Mobile Device Data" on your device.
If this is the first time you are logging in, refer to the instructions available here.
After logging in, you will see a list of all available elog sheets to be completed.
Select the elog sheet to be completed.
Complete the form as relevant, ensuring that all fields are completed. Various functions and fields exist in each form (see examples below), and in some instances you will be asked to provide a photo or take a photo with your device. Follow your device instructions when doing this.
IMPORTANT! It's important that you only enter data in the field "Corrective Action" when there is a problem to be reported or corrective action required.
Save, Submit or Discard
At the bottom of each eLog sheet you are given three options, these are as follows:
- Submit - your form will be submitted to your dashboard.
- Save - this will save your form in a draft status and can be altered and completed at a later date.
- Discard - discards all data you have entered into the eLog sheet.
When you are satisfied with all data entered in the form, hit Submit.
