REFSS saves money and improves standards. This case study describes an incident where the IGA Xpress Southbank (Victoria) received a delivery of meat cartons. The staff member utilised their REFSS Goods Inwards eLog and was instructed via the eLog to reject part of the delivery due to out of range temperature which saved the store in excess of $100 of product that would have been thrown out.
