Do I need a Food Safety Team?

Most food business will require a Food Safety Supervisor to monitor and administer the sale of safe food in the business. It would also be expected that there are adequate staff members trained within the business to manage food related recalls, complaints, quality control, temperature monitoring etc. across all trading hours.

These staff members within your business must have the additional knowledge to effectively manage this responsibility and ensure the Food Safety Program is effective.
